Delete your MealSelf account

MealSelf is made by BragDeal Inc., Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Last updated 21 October 2026.

You can delete your MealSelf account and its data at any time. Deleting is permanent and can't be undone.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open MealSelf and sign in.
2. Tap Account, then Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and every record are removed immediately.

Without the app

Email info@mealself.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my MealSelf account". We confirm the request with you, then delete the account within 7 days and reply when it's done.

What is deleted

• Your account, profile and sign-in details (email, Apple or Google sign-in).
• Your meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, favourites, weight entries and preferences.
• Your plan credits and purchase records held by MealSelf.

Data is removed from our servers within minutes, and from encrypted backups within 30 days. Progress photos are never on our servers: they stay on your phone and are deleted when you delete the app.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID settings (iPhone) or in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions (Android), so you aren't charged again.
